The IPSEN LOGISTICS Antwerp office has settled as an international forwarder in Antwerp in October 1986 as a branch of Emil Ipsen in Bremen. Since 1986 the firm has expanded to a logistics partner where service and accuracy aren’t calls but goals. Being part of the IPSEN LOGISTICS organisation gives us the opportunity to control all aspects of the international trade within one group.
The strength of the Antwerp office is the personal touch given to the clients, the agents and the partners abroad. In Antwerp the person you’re dealing with is a partner, not only a voice. 
The port of Antwerp is the centre for project and conventional cargo. The IPSEN LOGISTICS Antwerp staff is specialized in handling this kind of material. Being close to the port gives us the possibility to have physical controls done by our own staff who has many years of experience. We dispose of all the modern communication facilities to keep up a steady flow of information with our clients, agents and partners worldwide.
Several major players decided to use IPSEN LOGISTICS Antwerp for their RORO services. Since then, the Antwerp office has become a specialist in this kind of transport, not only to the traditional Maghrib destinations, but many more. Ipsen Logistics Antwerp has contacts with the biggest companies in Europe who rely on our smooth service for all their import and export operations.
With over 8 million TEU passing the port of Antwerp, this traffic is handled by the IPSEN LOGISTICS professionals in Antwerp, too. In addition to shipping the boxes, we handle container stripping and stuffing as well as the control of the material at berth.
For over 20 years, IPSEN LOGISTICS has been situated in the center of Antwerp. In the course of time, we have established close relationships with shipping lines, stevedores, customs and other partners. IPSEN LOGISTICS joined the Antwerp Confederation of Forwarders when we started business and have become a member of the council of this important organization in 2007.
