About us

The IPSEN LOGISTICS office in Marseille started out in 1963 by the name of Massilia Transit until 1998 when it joined IPSEN and continued to operate as cet France until 2007.

Being the most important sea port of the Mediterranean as well as the third largest port in Europe Marseille represents a strategically important location for the forwarding business. It is often called the “Gateway to the Maghrib” due to its geographically convenient position.

Thus, it is no wonder we have specialised in providing logistic solutions for the

Maghrib region. We are especially strong in the area of project logistics mostly for

the automotive, electronics, mining, petrol, engineering, metallurgic and power industries and have profound experience in the transportation of industrial plant to most remote places in North Africa.

Moreover, we are experienced in liner services and charters. Our services are ex works to construction site, including loading and discharging operations according to the requirements of our clients. We can provide all necessary equipment and take competent care of customs clearance.
